Sri Lanka Travel Expense Report- Day 11

Sri Lanka travel expenses for the 11th day went down drastically in spite of the fact that I dined and shopped freely.

The delectable egg kottu at Al Madina hotel cost just Rs.130 to which I added a tip Rs.10.

And then I got the bargain of the century – a used but decent pullover at just Rs.150. The guy was asking for Rs.200 but I got him down to Rs.150. Add another Rs.50 for the head cover.

All in all, I spent a mere $9 in the entire day, roaming the streets of this quaint little town on foot and relishing the freezing temperatures.

Overall, a very good day for the financial side of my tour.
